At Ana Armas, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that customised, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalised jewellery pieces.
- Items purchased during sale or with a discount code (unless defective).
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@anaarmas.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
